I am very fond of this oil. I find it to be semi-light weight, and I love the way it makes my hair feel. This oil in combination with the supplements are making a difference for my hair. I apply the oil directly to my scalp, then I rub some on my hair. My hair is in much better shape than before. This oil will definitely be a continued part of my hair care regimen.
